Vasubandhu’s Verses on the Treasury of Abhidharma with Commentary by the 9th Karmapa Wangchuk Dorje
The 3rd Kyabje Tenga Rinpoche
Translation: Lama Yeshe Gyamtso
Print copies are available at Benchen Monastery, Kathmandu, Nepal.

This very practical, detailed and illustrated guide specifically describes the practice of the shorter Chö liturgy of Kagyu tradition: A Concise Daily Practice of Offering One’s Body (རྒྱུན་ཁྱེར་གྱི་ལུས་སྦྱིན་བསྡུས་པ།). However, it is so informative that it will be of use to all Chö practitioners. The original edition, published in 2008 as Chö: The Garden of All Joy & Generosity of the Body, has now been revised, updated and amended.

The instructions featured in the book are rare and extremely precious. Kyabje Tenga Rinpoche — following a well-known commentary on Chö practice by Jamgön Kongtrul Lodrö Thaye — created a very practical guide to the daily Chö ritual, generously explaining all the details of the liturgy, its intentions, manner of practicing and the results. This kind of step-by-step instruction by a very experienced Buddhist master is hard to find and is of great value to modern dharma practitioners.

The book is based on teachings offered by the late 3rd Kyabje Tenga Rinpoche at Karma Triyana Dharmachakra, NY, and translated by Lama Yeshe Gyamtso. The eBook file also features audio recording with the daily Chö practice performed by Kyabje Tenga Rinpoche.
