This is the first Buddhist practice guide intended for older people. Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche has dedicated his life to serving the Dharma and is one of the most revered teachers in the Karma Kagyu. Na początku 2022 roku Siedemnasty Gjalłang Karmapa udzielił nauk w oparciu o Trzydzieści strof Aczarji Wasubandhu. Z tej okazji Dharma Ebooks wydało elektroniczne edycje tego ważnego tekstu: jeden w przekładzie Szanga Jeszie De z Tengjuru z Dergje, jeden z chińskim przekładem wielkiego tłumacza Tang Xuanzanga, jeden z nowym angielskim tłumaczeniem oraz w kilku innych językach. Le Gyalwang Karmapa donna ces enseignements dans le cadre du 29e Kagyu Meunlam à Bodhgaya, en Inde, du 26 au 28 février 2012. Environ 8000 personnes prirent part à cet événement auspicieux, principalement des membres de la Sangha des régions himalayennes mais également des fidèles venus du monde entier. Notre reconnaissance va à Ringou Tulkou Rinpoché qui servit d’interprète à Sa Sainteté en cette occasion. Pour cette publication, nous avons demandé à Lama Eric Trinlé Thayé de retraduire les enseignements à partir des enregistrements de façon à en saisir plus précisément les détails, ce qu’il est impossible de faire lors d’une traduction en direct.
Tám Vần Kệ Chuyển Hóa Tâm
Đức Gyalwang Karmapa đã thuyết giảng bài kệ “Tám Vần Kệ chuyển hóa tâm” của ngài Geshe Langri Thangpa trong một vài dịp. Volume Three opens with concise bardo teachings as well as instructions on benefiting people in the bardo state. The book continues with instructions and advice for the practitioner including protecting oneself from potential threats with loving-kindness and compassion; purifying obscurations through invoking wisdom deities; learning the signs that arise during practice; recognizing when your practice gets off track and eradicating the causes; utilizing methods to develop one’s practice; and bringing the five mental afflictions (desire, anger, ignorance, jealousy, and pride) to the path.

Volume Two examines the complete path of Mahamudra from initial experience to full realization. There is emphasis on how to conduct a proper retreat, including the use of geomancy in determining the appropriate site, the longevity practices of White Tara and Tseringma, chod practice, and how to use compassion as protection from fear and danger. This volume introduces the tantras, and gives anuttara yoga tantra instructions for Vairochana purification practices both for oneself and for the deceased.
With Instructions, a Supplication and It’s Commentary
This Short Guru Yoga on the Root Lama Karmapa by the Third Kyabje Dorlop Tenga Rinpoche is a guru yoga for making your own body, speech, and mind inseparable from three vajras of body, speech and mind of the Seventeenth Gyalwang Karmapa. The text encapsulates the meaning in a few words and is easy to practice regularly. Originally, Tenga Rinpoche asked the Gyalwang Karmapa several times to write his own short guru yoga. The Karmapa said he would look into it, but did not write one. Later, Kyabje Rinpoche himself prayed with one pointed faith and devotion and wrote this short guru yoga. He showed it to the Karmapa and asked whether it would be permissible to use it for practice, and the Karmapa gave his blessings, saying it would be permissible to use this text for practice. Tenga Rinpoche also composed a melody for it, which is included in the EPUB file.
